Jeisson Drenth is an artist and designer, dedicated to making experimental and meaningful contributions to contemporary visual culture.

His studies in graphic design (Willem de Kooning Academy, Rotterdam, NL) nurtured his interests in network culture and semiotics, and motivated him to make these subjects the theoretical inspiration for his practice.
His ongoing research translates to both commissioned and self-initiated projects which are shared with different audiences in different online and offline experiences.

In June 2019, as a part of the artist residency program Hamburger Community of Art (Roodkapje, Rotterdam), Jeisson Drenth presented his first solo exhibition Act Natural 04. The works he created for this show reflected on the process of learning about ancestry, health and personal traits through diy DNA testing.

Since the founding of his studio in 2013, he has worked internationally on live shows and design projects for cultural organisations, night clubs and festivals such as M HKA (Museum of Modern Art, Antwerp), Together Festival (Boston), Vision (Berlin, Ghent), Amsterdam Dance Event and Reaktor (Amsterdam), Atlas Electronic (Rotterdam, Marrakesh), NEXUS Europe Summit (Rotterdam), Untitled (Toronto) and La Bacchanale (Montréal).
